Mr. Whitfield satisfied me that my air conditioner and generator are functioning as well as they should be and adding a soft start kit on the air conditioner is not necessary. The personnel working with Whitfield have industrial backgrounds. As a customer, we were always completely informed of the scope of work, and any addendum that were needed. All the permits were taken care of by Whitfield Electric. Ryan, who is the owner, informed us of some deficiencies in our electrical system. And upgraded accordingly to specifications. we are completely satisfied with the installation. All worked was performed safely and expeditiously. Cleanup was excellent.
